ERRATUM
SPRINT NEXTEL CORPORATION AND CLEARWIRE CORPORATION 
SEEK FCC CONSENT TO TRANSFER CONTROL OF LICENSES AND AUTHORIZATIONS

On June 24, 2008, the Broadband Division, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau released a 
Public Notice, DA 08-1477, in the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the file numbers, 
licensee names and call signs of the Public Notice as follows:
1. On page 2, Clearwire Spectrum Holdings, Inc. should read as Clearwire Spectrum Holdings, 
LLC; Clearwire Spectrum Holdings II, Inc. should read as Clearwire Spectrum Holdings II, 
LLC; and File No. 0003462974 should read as 0003462984.
2. On page 3, Lead Call Sign WNX713 should read as WMX713 and Lead Call Sign KFK31 
should read as KFK32.
3. On page 4, Clearwire Hawaii Partners Spectrum, LLC for File No. 0003368625 should read
