ERRATUM

By the Chief, Audio Division, Media Bureau:
On July 15, 2008, the Media Bureau, Audio Division released a Memorandum Opinion and 
Order (DA 08-1661) in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects that document as indicated 
below:
1. In paragraph 1, the last sentence is revised to read as follows:
“For the reasons set forth below, we grant in part Sound’s Petition, dismiss ICR’s application, 
and grant Pennyrile’s application.”
2. Paragraph 13 is revised to read as follows:
“IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the application of Pennyrile Christian Community, Inc. 
(File No. BPED-19981211MA) IS GRANTED.”
