On August 21, 2008, the Commission released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and Order (FCC 
08-188) in the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects paragraph 33 to read as follows:
“IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to applicable procedures set forth in Sections 1.415 
and 1.419 of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.415, 1.419, interested parties may file comments on 
the NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING on or before 30 days after publication in the Federal 
Register and reply comments on or before 45 days after publication in the Federal Register.”
