COMMISSIONER COPPS TO VISIT CHARLESTON & GREENVILLE-
SPARTANBURG, SOUTH CAROLINA FOR DTV OUTREACH
Washington, DC – FCC Commissioner Michael J. Copps announced that he will visit Charleston, 
South Carolina on November 6th, and Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina on November 7th, 
to hold Town Hall Meetings on the digital television (DTV) transition.  This visit is part of an 
extensive nationwide initiative the Commission has launched to increase awareness about the 
upcoming transition to digital television on February 17, 2009.
