COMMISSIONER McDOWELL TO VISIT RICHMOND FOR DTV OUTREACH 
Washington, DC – FCC Commissioner Robert M. McDowell will visit Richmond, VA, 
December 1 to conduct a Town Hall Meeting on the digital television (DTV) transition. This 
visit is part of an extensive nationwide initiative the Commission has launched to increase 
awareness about the upcoming transition to digital television on February 17, 2009.
