By the Chief, Enforcement Bureau:
On August 5, 2008, the Commission released an Order and Consent Decree, FCC 08-176, in the 
above captioned proceedings.  This Erratum corrects a mislabeling of the attachments by amending the 
title of the first Attachment C of the Consent Decree, on page 13 of the Consent Decree, to read as 
follows:
