S2115SAT-STA-20081215-00231 E Special Temporary Authority 12/15/2008 16:22:35:04300Date Filed: Globalstar Licensee LLC Globalstar Licensee LLC (Globalstar) has filed a request for waiver to continue to operate its Big LEO system in countries and regions served by five specified gateway earth stations located outside the United States, using frequencies between 1618.725 MHz and 1621.35 MHz. The Commission reassigned those frequencies to Iridium Constellation LLC in its Order of Modifications.
