During his twelve years in the Bureau, he has served as the FCC’s senior negotiator in countless international negotiations, delivering results that have benefited American consumers, companies and the public safety community. His consistent good judgment, diplomatic skills and expertise across a broad range of issues will be invaluable as we address the many challenges facing the FCC.” Mr. Giusti currently serves as Deputy Bureau Chief of the International Bureau where he is responsible for the Bureau’s work with other regulators, foreign governments and international organizations, and for the management of issues related to the provision of international services to the American people. He joined the FCC in 1994. On the departure of Helen Domenici, Chief of the International Bureau, Acting Chairman Copps stated: “I want to thank Helen Domenici as she departs the Commission for her hard work and dedication to enhance America’s involvement in the many global communications issues that impact all our citizens – and every citizen on our planet.
