POLICY BRANCH INFORMATION
The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions,
oppositions and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's
rules, unless otherwise noted.  47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Inmarsat plc amends its pending request to modify the "ISAT List" to reflect the resumed L-band operations of the Inmarsat 3F4 satellite at the
54° W.L. orbital location.  See IBFS File No. SAT-PPL-20090107-00003.  In particular, the amendment includes an amended technical
description of the Inmarsat I3F4 satellite.

S2750SAT-LOA-20080416-00085 Intelsat LLC
The description of the application associated with Call Sign: S2750 contained an error.  Report No. SAT-00537, rel. July 11, 2008,
inadvertently omitted the 13.75-14.0 GHz frequency band (Earth-to-space) as part of the request by Intelsat North America, LLC for
authority to construct, launch and operate a Fixed Satellite Service (FSS) space station at the 58.1° W.L. orbital location.
