On March 31, 2009, the Policy Branch granted, with conditions, Sirius XM Radio Inc.'s, request for special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days commencing on May 15, 2009, to operate two terrestrial repeaters, each with an EIRP of up to 800 watts (average) in Kokomo, Indiana, at the Delphi Corporation manufacturing facility. Sirius XM will operate one of these repeaters in the 2320-2332.5 MHz frequency band for use on the Sirius network.
