On March 2, 2009, the Commission released a Notice of Inquiry (“NOI”), FCC 09-14, in the 
above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the NOI as indicated below:
1. Paragraph 48 is corrected to read as follows:
“Electronic Filers:  Comments may be filed electronically using the Internet by 
accessing the ECFS:  http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/ecfs/ or the Federal eRulemaking 
Portal:  http://www.regulations.gov.  Filers should follow the instructions 
provided on the website for submitting comments.”
2. Paragraph 50 is corrected to reads as follows:
“People with Disabilities:  Contact the Commission to request materials in 
accessible formats (Braille, large print, electronic files, audio format, etc.) by e-
mail at fcc504@fcc.gov or call the Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau at
