ERRATUM

By the Chief, Media Bureau:
On January 15, 2009, the Commission released the Report and Order (FCC 09-2) in the above-
captioned proceeding.  On February 20, 2009, the Commission released a Second Report and Order and 
Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 09-11,1 delegating authority to the Media Bureau to revise and 
adopt amended lists of pre-approved stations, as may be necessary, including issuing this Erratum which 
corrects Appendix A of the Report and Order as indicated below:
1. The headings of the columns in Appendix A titled “Pre-Transition DTV Channel” and “Post-
Transition DTV Channel” were reversed and are now corrected (as illustrated in the table below).
2. Appendix A is also corrected by deleting the following stations:
