COMMISSIONER ADELSTEIN UNVEILS NEW DTV WEB SITE AT NAB SHOW 
TUESDAY
Las Vegas, Nevada – As part of the Federal Communications Commission’s 
comprehensive effort to ease the national transition to digital television, Commissioner Jonathan 
Adelstein will unveil the FCC’s newly enhanced and consumer-friendly digital transition web 
site, www.dtv.gov, at the FCC’s booth at the National Association of Broadcasters show in Las 
Vegas on Tuesday at 11 a.m. PDT.  The redesigned site will provide consumers with access to 
local DTV transition support and reception information, along with answers to questions about 
DTV equipment they may need to buy and install.  The collection of resources and statistics on 
the site will also be valuable for broadcasters, local government officials, businesses – in short, 
anyone affected by the transition.  Commissioner Adelstein will also have copies of a new DTV 
transition consumer guide, which has been produced by Consumers Union in cooperation with 
the FCC.
