ERRATUM

By the Acting Chief, Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau:
On April 9, 2009, the Commission released a Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed 
Rulemaking, FCC 09-29, in the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the document as 
follows:
1. In Appendix B, paragraph 2, final rule text for § 90.243(b)(1), the word “Section” should 
be replaced with the symbol “§” so that the rule reads as follows:
“(1) In the Public Safety Pool, systems operating on any of the public safety frequencies 
listed in § 90.20(c) are permitted to be cross-banded for mobile stations operations with 
mobile relay stations where such stations are authorized.”
2. In Appendix B, paragraph 4, final rule text for § 90.1215(a) and 90.1215 (c), the three 
instances of the phrase “maximum conducted power” should be revised to read as “maximum conducted 
output power.”
3. In Appendix C, paragraph 2: frequency 462.950 Megahertz with limitations 10, 65, 
coordinator PM should be included in changes to the Public Safety Pool Frequency Table.  Paragraphs 2, 
3, and 4 should be combined into single paragraph 2 and should be revised to read as follows:
4. “Section 90.20 is amended by revising the Frequency or band entries 462.950, 467.950, 
467.95625, 467.9625, 467.96875, 467.975, 467.98125, 467.9875, 467.99375 and 1,427 to 1,432 in the 
Public Safety Pool Frequency Table of paragraph (c)(3) and the Frequencies base and mobile entry 
463.075 in the table of paragraph (d)(66)(i) to read as follows:

5. In Appendix C, paragraph 5, final rule text for § 90.175, the five stars, “* * * * *” at the 
end of the paragraph should be deleted, and the rule heading Ҥ 90.175  Frequency coordination 
requirements.” should be revised to read as follows:

6. In Appendix C, paragraphs 5, 6, and 7 are renumbered as paragraphs 3, 4, and 5.
