By the Assistant Chief, Audio Division, Media Bureau:
On February 20, 2009, the Media Bureau released a Notice of Proposed Rule Making,1 DA 09-
415, in the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the first sentence in paragraph 5 to read as 
follows:
“Interested parties may file comments on or before 30 days after publication in the Federal 
Register, and reply comments on or before 45 days after publication in the Federal Register, and 
are advised to read the Appendix for the proper procedures”
