SECOND ERRATUM

By the Acting Chief, Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau:
On April 9, 2009, the Commission released a Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed 
Rulemaking, FCC 09-29, in the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends Appendix B by 
correcting the first sentence in subparagraph (c) on page 29 of the document to read as follows:
“The maximum conducted output power is measured as a conducted emission over any interval 
of continuous transmission using instrumentation calibrated in terms of an RMS-equivalent 
voltage.”
