ERRATUM 
Auction of FM Broadcast Construction Permits
77 Bidders Qualified to Participate in Auction 79
On August 19, 2009, the Wireless Telecommunications and Media Bureaus released a Public 
Notice, DA 09-1818, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the Pubic Notice as 
indicated below:
1. The first sentence in paragraph 17 of the Public Notice is corrected to read as follows:  
“The mock auction will include only 20 of the 122 construction permits, FM185A–
FM641A, and will follow the rules governing the actual auction.”
2. The Public Notice’s Attachment B is replaced with a new Attachment B.  See attachment.
