Intelsat seeks authority to operate the Galaxy KA satellite in the following frequency bands to provide Fixed-Satellite Service (FSS) and Direct-to-Home (DTH) services: 28350-28600 MHz (Earth-to-space), 29250-30000 MHz (Earth-to-space), 18300-18800 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 19700-20200 MHz (space-to-Earth). Intelsat also seeks authority to use portions of the 5925-6425 (Earth-to-space) and 3700-4200 (space-to-Earth) MHz frequency bands (C-band) for telemetry, command and ranging during transfer orbit and for emergency operations.
