ERRATUM
COMMENT SOUGHT ON SPECTRUM FOR BROADBAND 
NBP Public Notice # 6

On September 23, 2009, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau released a Public Notice, DA 
09-2100, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects that document as indicated below.
1. Footnote 24 should read as:
