On October 14, 2009, the Commission released a  Memorandum Opinion and Order and Order 
on Review, FCC 09-91, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the Report and Order 
as indicated below:
1. In footnote 1, we replace “Public Notice, WC Docket No. 07-271, DA 07-4739 (Wireline 
Comp. Bur. Nov. 27, 2007)” with “WC Docket No. 07-271, Public Notice, 22 FCC Rcd 20575 (Wireline

2. In paragraph 3, in the fourth sentence, we replace “2007” with “2005.”
