AT&T Midwest, an incumbent local exchange carrier (LEC), has filed certification that short term public 
notice of network change(s) has been provided through its publicly accessible Internet site, as required by 
section 51.329(a) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), together with certification 
of service on identified interconnecting carriers, as required by section 51.333(a).  Upon initial review the 
filing appears to be complete.  See 47 C.F.R. §§ 51.325 through 51.335.  Specific network change

The following changes will be made in the 1st Quarter 2010.  
AT&T Midwest is consolidating two pairs of Signal Transfer 
Points (STPs) in the AT&T Midwest Region.  Carriers who connect 
with AT&T in the AT&T Midwest Region in either LATA 352 or 
LATA 322 using A and B Links will need to move their links 
according to the tables.  Prior to the issuance of ASRs, AT&T 
Midwest will provide a new CLLI code or Facilities Signaling 
Point of Interconnection (FSPOI) within the same LATA in which 
the Carrier presently connects.  AT&T Midwest will transport the 
SS7 links from the FSPOI to the new STP location.

telecommunications service provider that directly interconnects with the incumbent LEC’s network. Such 
objections must be filed with the Commission, and served on the incumbent LEC, no later than the ninth 
business day following the release of this public notice.  See 47 C.F.R. § 51.333(c).
