Paper and Electronic Filings and Other Released Documents 
Due to adverse weather conditions, the Federal Communications Commission was closed on Monday, 
December 21, 2009.   All paper and electronic filings that were due on December 21 are now due on 
December 22, 2009, the Commission’s next official business day.   47 C.F.R. §1.4(e)(1).   December 
21 does not count in computing filing periods that are less than seven days.  47 C.F.R. §1.4(g).
