ERRATUM

On January 27, 2010, the Wireline Competition Bureau released a Public Notice, DA 10-155, in 
the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the last sentence in the first paragraph to read as 
follows:  “Prior to the transaction, Angles was owned by Brian Cox, a U.S. citizen.”  It also corrects the 
second paragraph as follows:   “LC Acquisition Group” is changed to “Angles Acquisition Group,” and 
“LC Telecom” is changed to “Angles.”
