By the Chief, Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau:
On January 14, 2010, the Commission released a Second Further Notice of Proposed 
Rulemaking, FCC 10-11, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects paragraph 42 on 
pages 13 to read as follows:
“IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to applicable procedures set forth in Sections 1.415 
and 1.419 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. §§ 1.415, 1.419, interested parties may file comments on 
this Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on or before 30 days after publication in the Federal 
Register, and interested parties may file reply comments on or before 60 days after publication in the 
Federal Register.”
