WAIVER OF FILING DEADLINES DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS
Paper and Electronic Filings and Other Released Documents 
Due to adverse weather conditions, the Federal Communications Commission closed early on Friday, 
February 5, and closed for business Monday, February 8 through Thursday, February 11, 2010.   In 
recognition of the numerous closings and disruptions caused by the weather in the Washington, DC 
area, all paper and electronic filings that were due on February 5 through February 12 are now due on 
February 16, 2010.   47 C.F.R. §1.3.
