(“ATN”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Allied Wireless Communications Corporation (“AWCC”), with staff of the Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice.1 Your letter indicated that ATN and AWCC representatives made a presentation during that meeting that included highly competitively sensitive information concerning the status of ATN’s and AWCC’s efforts in preparation for assuming ownership of the divestiture assets involved in the above-referenced proceeding and their plans for competing in the wireless marketplace.
