In your letter, you indicate that at least one constituent was denied participation in TracFone's prepaid cellular telephone service, SafeLink Wireless, because the Regency Extended Care Center was considered a facility with multiple households. TracFone's SafeLink Wireless service is a supported service under the universal service low-income Lifeline program. Commission staffhave been looking into this matter, and have been in contact with TracFone officials in an effort to assist with your constituents' difficulties.
