Seek Comment on Accessible Mobile Phone Options for 
People who are Blind, Deaf-blind, or Have Low Vision

On July 19, 2010, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and Consumer and Governmental 
Affairs Bureau released a Public Notice, DA 10-1324, in the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum 
corrects that Public Notice as follows:
1. On the first page, between the caption and the Comment Date, add a new line with the 
following:  “CG Docket No. 10-145”.
2. On the second page, in the paragraph beginning “Pursuant to sections…”, add “in CG 
Docket No. 10-145” after “may file comments.”  Then, add a footnote reference after “10-
145”, with the resulting footnote reading as follows:  “This Public Notice is being released 
under a new docket number, CG Docket No. 10-145, which shall be captioned “Accessible 
Mobile Phone Options for People who are Blind, Deaf-blind, or Have Low Vision,” and 
include all related matters.  This new docket number is established to further administrative 
efficiency.”
