The Report and Order in this proceeding released De­
cember 23, 1991, (FCC 91-403) amended existing rules 
and added new rule sections to Parts 73 and 76 of the 
Commission's rules, as indicated in Appendix B. The 
Report and Order has been corrected in accordance with 
the following: 
( 1) The Report and Order at p.60, in Section 
73.194l(b), states in part:" ... the term 'use' means 
candidate appearance (including by voice or pic­
ture) or political advertisement .... " The words 
"or political advertisement" should be deleted. 
(2) Similarly. with respect to cable television sys­
tems, the Report and Order at pp.70-71. in Section 
76.205. states in part: " ... the term ·use· means 
candidate appearance (including by voice or pic­
ture) or political advertisement .... " The words 
"or political advertisement" should be deleted.
