The Report and Order has been corrected in accordance with the following: ( 1) The Report and Order at p.60, in Section 73.194l(b), states in part:" ... the term 'use' means candidate appearance (including by voice or pic­ ture) or political advertisement .... " The words "or political advertisement" should be deleted. (2) Similarly. with respect to cable television sys­ tems, the Report and Order at pp.70-71. in Section 76.205. states in part: " ... the term ·use· means candidate appearance (including by voice or pic­ ture) or political advertisement ....
