On June 2, 2010, the Wireline Competition Bureau released an Order, DA 10-999, in the above-
captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects Appendix A of the Order by adding application 
numbers “389155 and 401478” for Duquesne City School District, Duquesne, PA.
