By the Associate Bureau Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau:
On September 3, 2010, the Commission released an Order and Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, 
FCC 10-155, in the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the reply comment deadline in the 
caption of that document by replacing “14 days after date of publication in the Federal Register” with “35 
days after date of publication in the Federal Register.”
