ERRATUM
Re: ORION Expansion Frequencies –
Request for Interim Waiver Relief and
Special Temporary Authorization
By the Chief, Policy Division, Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau:
On September 7, 2010, the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau released a Letter, DA 
10-1697, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the first sentence on page 4 of the 
document to read as follows:
“IT IS FURTHERED ORDERED that the Special Temporary Authorization granted pursuant to 
this letter order shall expire on February 28, 2011.”
