AT&T Southeast, an incumbent local exchange carrier (LEC), has filed certification that public notice of 
network change(s) has been provided through its publicly accessible Internet site as required by section 
51.329(a) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).  See 47 C.F.R. § 51.329(a).  
Upon initial review the filing appears to be complete.  See 47 C.F.R. §§ 51.325 through 51.335.  Specific

along Collins Hill Rd.  Cabinet sized per CLR 1.10.05.  Turn up a 
SONET multiplexer, metallic DISCS systems, and CNX5+ DSL 
solution.  Place approximately 400 ft of buried 24g 600 pr copper 
cable and terminate the new NPG pairs into existing 1200 SAI 
located at 955 Collins Hill Rd.  A detailed cost analysis 
determined it was more cost effective to place fiber and DLC 
then perform cutover that to replace the copper cables like for 
like outside of the Bridge and Road widening construction limits.
