On September 10, 2010, the Telecommunications Consumers Division, Enforcement Bureau 
released an Order and Consent Decree, DA 10-1571, in the above captioned proceeding.  In the Order, “By 
the Acting Chief” should be replaced with “By the Assistant Division Chief” on page one and “Kurt A. 
Schroeder, Acting Chief” should be replaced with “Kimberly A. Wild, Assistant Division Chief” on page 2.  
In the Consent Decree, “Kurt A. Schroeder, Acting Chief” should be replaced with “Kimberly A. Wild,
