On September 21, 2010, the Commission released the Memorandum Opinion and Order, DA 10-
1787, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum deletes paragraph 3 of the Memorandum Opinion 
and Order and the remaining paragraphs renumbered accordingly.
