This is a Notice of Violation (“Notice”) issued pursuant to Section 1.89 of the Commission’s Rules1 to State of Wisconsin, registrant of Antenna Structure No. 1035459 in Woodruff, Wisconsin. 2. On September 15, 2010, an agent of the Commission’s Chicago Office inspected antenna structure number 1035459, located in Woodruff, Wisconsin, and observed the following violation: 47 C.F.R. § 17.51(b): “All high intensity and medium intensity obstruction lighting shall be exhibited continuously unless otherwise specified.” Antenna structure registration 1035459 specifies medium intensity white lights. The light on the top of the tower was not flashing at the time of the inspection. 3. Pursuant to Section 308(b) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended,2 and Section 1.89 of the Commission’s Rules, State of Wisconsin, must submit a written statement concerning this matter within twenty (20) days of release of this Notice. The response must fully explain each violation, must contain a statement of the specific action(s) taken to correct each violation and preclude recurrence, and should include a time line for completion of pending corrective action(s). The response must be complete in itself and signed by a principal or officer of the tower owner.
