I would like to thank you for your participation in the 2010 Congressional Hispanic Caucus
Institute Public Policy Conference. As a panelist for the Technology Summit, you provided a
great overview about the FCC's great work and what we can expect to see in the future
especially with broadband and addressing the needs ofthe Hispanic community. Your
invaluable insights helped us understand how crucial ending the digital divide is for our
community and what the Obama Administration is doing to address this problem.
Moreover, I thank you for your patience and flexibility in kindly adjusting to the summit
timeframe and schedule changes. Changes present many inconveniences in personal
schedules, and thus, I am grateful for your understanding and dedication. Thanks to you and
the participation ofthe rest ofthe panelists, the summit was a great success and I personally
received very positive and enthusiastic feedback from the audience.
