ERRATUM

By the Chief, Spectrum Enforcement Division, Enforcement Bureau:
On October 26, 2010, the Chief, Spectrum Enforcement Division, Enforcement Bureau released an Order 
and Notice of Apparent Liability For Forfeiture (“Order and NAL”), DA 10-2040, in the above captioned 
proceeding.  This Erratum amends the Order and NAL to correct paragraph 21 to read:    
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Order and Notice of Apparent Liability for 
Forfeiture shall be sent by first class mail and certified mail return receipt requested to Mark 
Leafstedt, CEO, Total Call Mobile, Inc., 707 Wilshire Boulevard, 12th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 
90017.
