ERRATUM

By the Deputy Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau:
On October 28, 2010, the Wireline Competition Bureau released an Order, DA 10-2071, in the 
above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the Order as indicated below:
1. The first sentence of paragraph 1 is corrected to read as follows:
“In this order, we address 10 appeals of decisions by the Universal Service Administrative 
Company (USAC) denying requests for funding under the E-rate program (more formally known 
as the schools and libraries universal service support program) on the ground that the consortia 
leaders did not provide sufficient evidence of their authority to represent the consortium 
members.”
2. Footnotes 17, 18, 20, and 23 are corrected by deleting all references to Mary Queen of Martyrs.
3. The first sentence of paragraph 7 is corrected to read as follows:
“Upon review of the record, we grant these 10 appeals as we find that, on appeal, the petitioners 
have submitted evidence that is consistent with the LOA requirements and/or remedied the 
deficiencies in the LOAs.”
4. Paragraphs 8 and 9 are corrected by deleting all references to Mary Queen of Martyrs.

5. The first sentence of paragraph 18 is corrected to read as follows:
“We therefore grant these 10 appeals and remand the underlying applications associated with 
these appeals to USAC for further action consistent with this order.”
