On October 1, 2010, the Office of Engineering and Technology released a Letter, DA 10-1909, in 
the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the Letter by adding the DA number (DA 10-
1909) that was inadvertently omitted from the FCC Record publication of this document.
