ERRATUM

By the Chief, Telecommunications Access Policy Division, Wireline Competition Bureau:
On July 30, 2010, the Commission released an Order, FCC 10-134, in the above-captioned 
proceeding.  This Erratum corrects that Order by replacing the phrase “section 214(a)” in footnote 45 with 
the phrase “section 214(e)” and by replacing the phrase “we forbear from applying section 54.201(d)(1) 
of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 54.201(d)(1)” in paragraph 26 with the phrase “we forbear from 
applying sections 54.201(d)(1) and (i) of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 54.201(d)(1), (i)” 
consistent with the discussion in footnote 17 of the order.
