ERRATUM

By the Senior Deputy Chief, Policy Division, Media Bureau:
On October 14, 2010, the Media Bureau released a Memorandum Opinion and Order (MO&O), 
DA 10-1976, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the MO&O as indicated below:
1. Page 3 is corrected by deleting paragraph 7 and by renumbering the remaining 
paragraphs accordingly.  
2. Attachment A is corrected by removing “Mount Corey” from the list of communities 
serviced by Time Warner Cable Inc.
3. Page 6 is corrected by redesignating Attachment C as Attachment B.  The original 
Attachment B is removed.
4. The new Attachment B is corrected by replacing the CUID number for Chatfield 
Township to read as “OH1368”.
