ERRATUM

By the Deputy Chief, Telecommunications Consumers Division, Enforcement Bureau:
On November 29, 2010, the Enforcement Bureau released an Adopting Order and Consent 
Decree, DA 10-2224, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the document as 
indicated below:
1. The FRN in the caption of the Adopting Order is corrected to read as “0005193701.”
2. The second “paragraph iii” located on page 6 of the Consent Decree is corrected to read as 
paragraph number “iv.”
3. Attachment A of the Consent Decree is amended to include all applicable companies that 
were inadvertently omitted from the original released document.
