REP. FRED UPTON ON HIS ELECTION AS CHAIRMAN OF THE HOUSE ENERGY
AND COMMERCE COMMITTEE
The following statement can be attributed to Commissioner Robert M. McDowell:
“I congratulate my longtime friend, Congressman Fred Upton, on his election as 
chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee.  Fred brings his deep understanding
