ERRATUM
VIDEO PROGRAMMING AND EMERGENCY ACCESS ADVISORY COMMITTEE
ANNOUNCEMENT OF MEMBERS 
Committee to Focus on Matters Pertaining to IP Closed Captioning, Video Description, Access to 
Emergency Information and User Interface Accessibility
On December 7, 2010, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau released a Public Notice, 
DA 10-2320, in the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the Public Notice as indicated 
below:
1. In the first paragraph on the first page, Video Programming and Emergency Access Advisory 
Committee (VPEAAC) is corrected to read as “Video Programming Accessibility Advisory 
Committee (VPAAC).”
2. On the second page, the phrase “eleven (11) represent interests of persons with disabilities” is 
corrected to read as “ten (10) represent interests of persons with disabilities” and “ten (10) 
represent device manufacturers” is corrected to read as “eleven (11) represent device 
manufacturers.”
3. The following list of appointed members of the VPAAC located on pages 2 and 3 is corrected to 
read as:
