ERRATUM

By the Chief, Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau:  
On January 26, 2011, the Commission released a Third Report and Order and Fourth Further 
Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (Third R&O and Fourth FNPRM), FCC 11-6, in the above captioned 
proceedings.  This Erratum amends Appendix A of the Third R&O and Fourth FNPRM as indicated 
below:
1. Page 42 is corrected by replacing the words “parts 27 and” in the first sentence with the word 
“part” and removing the following text:
“PART 27 – MISCELLANEOUS WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES
1. The authority citation for part 27 continues to read as follows:
Authority:  47 U.S.C. 154, 301, 302, 303, 307, 309, 332, 336, and 337 unless otherwise noted.”
2. The remaining paragraph numbers are renumbered accordingly.
