By the Chief, Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau:  
On January 26, 2010, the Commission released a Third Report and Order and Fourth Further 
Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (Third R&O and Fourth FNPRM), FCC 11-6, in the above captioned 
proceedings.  This Erratum amends Appendix D of that Third R&O and Fourth FNPRM by replacing the 
text “[xx]” in the third sentence of the first paragraph on page 49 with the number “144.”
