New England Inc. d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts; Verizon New England Inc. d/b/a Verizon Rhode Island; 
Verizon New Jersey Inc.; Verizon New York Inc.; Verizon North Retain Co.; Verizon Pennsylvania Inc.;

certification that public notice of network change(s) has been provided through their publicly accessible 
Internet site, as required by section 51.329(a) of the rules of the Federal Communications Commission 
(FCC).1  See 47 C.F.R. § 51.329(a).  Upon initial review the filing appears to be complete.  See 47 C.F.R.

The incumbent LECs’ certification(s) refer(s) to the change(s) identified below:
· The original notice for this network change was issued by Verizon on September 14, 2010.
· The network change(s) described in the notice involve Verizon’s conversion from its current 
Automatic Location Information (ALI) database platform to one that will be hosted by 3rd-party 
vendor, Intrado.  All traffic currently destined for Verizon’s ALI database will be redirected to 
the Intrado-provided platform.
· Verizon’s amended notice was issued on October 14, 2010 to indicate an addition to the carrier 
notification list.  The additional carrier is Verizon North Retain Co.
The network change(s) identified herein shall not be implemented within six months of the date of notice 
provided to the public under section 51.329(a).  See 47 C.F.R. § 51.331(a)(1); see also 47 C.F.R. § 
51.329(a).
