A Public Notice (DA 10-1283) released July 9, 2010 in the above-captioned proceeding was 
published in the FCC Record.1 The publication excluded pages 2-8 of the Appendix to that Public Notice.  
This Erratum replaces the Appendix in it’s entirety for FCC Record publication.  See attached.
