ERRATUM

By the Chief, Media Bureau:
On February 22, 2011, the Media Bureau released two documents, a Protective Order for 
Compliance (“Protective Order”), DA 11-340, and a Second Protective Order for Compliance (“Second 
Protective Order”), DA 11-341, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects each of these 
documents as indicated below:
1. In the fifth sentence in paragraph 18 of the Protective Order, the words “not more than three 
weeks after conclusion of this proceeding” are corrected to read as “not more than three weeks after the 
Stamped Confidential Documents have been destroyed or returned pursuant to the terms of this paragraph 
18.”
2. In paragraph 20 of the Second Protective Order, the words “Stamped Confidential 
Documents” are replaced with “Stamped Highly Confidential Documents,” and the words “Confidential 
Information” are replaced with “Highly Confidential Information.”  In addition, the words “not more than 
three weeks after conclusion of this proceeding” are corrected to read as “not more than three weeks after 
the Stamped Highly Confidential Documents have been destroyed or returned pursuant to the terms of 
this paragraph 18.”
